It's Over! That's when my life begins!

Hey Blog! I promised to update you after A'Levels! So here I am. The journey towards A's had been tough but it's finally over!

Prom was great not because of the programme or the food. We had the same host as my secondary school's prom and the activities were so similar. So it was kinda bored. But going with my drama friends really make the whole evening enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Hermy and me

All suited up!

With my classmates!

Joce and Amelia!

Oh! I bought this photo but with Nick's eye opened!

Chilling out at Macs

Drama buddies!

WHERE IS MR LOW!!!

I was talking to Herman the other day and we were saying how friends drift apart from each other. I don't know, but I'm really sad that it's happening to me. I really miss all my Dunman friends but I don't think they miss me as much. Maybe we have their own friends now so everyone's busy. I always try to make time for them, but they always have other plans. Maybe everyone has moved on. Probably I should be doing the same as well.

Anyway, STOP the EMO-ness! HAHA! I really have to thank so many people in MJ for helping me survive till now. Actually not alot la... HAHA! I'll talk so much for now. Going out with Odelia, Sijie and Alan later! I'm gonna update you frequntly.

LTC, MYE, DRAMAFIA!!!

Hey! Ok... I'm going to make this short! LTC, MYE and DRAMAFIA!!! That pretty much sums up what I did.

LTC was kinda fun. I did manage to meet a few nice people in other ccas around the school. Though the camp itself did not make full use of the venue. Most of the activities except rope activities, trekking and paintball could have been done in Singapore. Oh! I was so scared when I played paintball! I forgot to remove the cover of the gun!!! HAHA!!! So embarrassing! And i got shot 2 times! one on my hand and another on my tummy!!! The shot on my hand was damn painful!!! The best part of the part of the camp was trekking. It was my first time! I really love how everyone is encouraging and helping each other get up the slopes. There were more than 5 casualties!!! It rained the day before, so the path was kinda slippery. I almost fell too, but luckily I didn't. I still prefer Dunman camps much more.

We had our DRAMAFIA aka Farewell Party recently! It was so last minute as it was held soon after our MYE. We didn't have much time to plan. I was in charge of the Media Department and I had to make a farewell video for the seniors. Luckily, I was able to complete it in 1 day. I was still publishing the videos to my laptop as I was on my way to the place. The party was great! Most of the seniors were here! Everything went well after all! LET'S HAVE FAREWELL TAKE 2 END OF THIS YEAR!!!!! I'm really going to miss all of them so much!

Ok bye bye!

Updating for the past 3 months...

Hello Blog!!! It's been ages since I was here! Anyway, life in MJC is getting better! I am really happy to have decided to join Drama instead of Choir. SYF was during this year and we got a GOLD!!! Though I was a little disappointed at first, it was a great achievement as only one school got GWH this year. We are among the top 7 JC Drama in Singapore! The days of staying back in school till 9+ and the many Saturdays of prop-making had paid off. Not forgetting to mention about the wonderful seniors I met!!! I'm really going to miss Athena, Shu Wen, Rahimah and etcetera, etcetera, etcetera!

I had also met many (not so many) wonderful friends in MJC! Alan (righty), Emmaus, Andy, Jocelyn (lefty), Odelia (sorry if I missed out anyone)... But MJC is really a place filled with stalkers and hypocrites and weird and disgusting people. So be on your guard. It's really sad as some of my friends from Dunman changed. They have their own friends now. Whenever I try to talk to them they do not seem interested. Should I be bothered? I don't know. I really miss Dunman and how my friends and I used to be. If only i had a time machine. Nevertheless, it only takes one true friend to brighten up my day. And now i have more than one in MJC, though nothing will ever be the same as Dunman.

Recently, we went to a fish farm for some REACH class activity. We paid $15 to prawn. And guess what! We only got one! $15 for 1 prawn! And we didn't even get to eat it! After that, we went to watch Robin Hood. It is one of the most boring movie I ever watched in the cinema. This is the first movie that i fell asleep while watching since 1000 years ago. Anyway, it was a great day as we got over our GP paper on the same day!

Ok! That's all for now! Will update soon if I'm not so lazy...

Updating for the past 2 months...

I've been kinda busy for the past 2 months, so I wasn't able to update my blog... Anyway, I'm gonna summarise what I did.

I went to Shanghai, Hangzhou and Hong Kong during the Christmas holidays. Shanghai is a really packed place with tons of people on the streets. The traffic jams there were also very frequent. For example, it actually only take us 10min to travel from one place to another, but we ended up reaching there 40min later. That's life in Shanghai. If you ever want to emigrate there, be sure to think twice. Next, I took the train to Hangzhou. The place is much more pleasant. At least there wasn't any traffic jams. We went to xi hu for sightseeing. OMG! It's like the most beautiful place I've ever been to. I mean, we can take pictures anywhere and it'll end up looking great. For the pictures, I'm lazy to post them, so you can go facebook and have a look. Finally, we went to Hong Kong. The whole trip was wonderful and I really look forward to visit other places in China.

After returning to Singapore, we had a class chalet. I don't want to mention about it as it wasn't a good experience for me. So, the following monday, we went back to school to collect our O'Levels results. I was very nervous as I heard from people that our school's standard dropped a lot. From a average aggregate of 12 to 14. I was preparing to go Tpjc. After all the talks and stuff, it was finally the time to collect our results. I was shocked when I saw the results!!! A, A, A, A, A, A, A all the way and 1 B for HCL! I almost jumped for joy! Unfortunately, all the As were A2 except for E-Maths. I wasn't upset, but just a little disappointed. Anyway, I was posted to MJC. (Not going to mention the tedious process of choosing schools)

I was really happy at first, but after entering the school, something changed my mind. Although I don't really like the school a lot, I did make some new friends and I hope that my journey will be filled with wonders and surprises for the next 2 years.

Just to update...

I just watched The Princess and the Frog last week!!! I waited for that movie for like 2 years!!! But it was worth it as it didn't disappoint. Finally a traditionally animated Disney musical after 5 years of absence from the entertainment world... Although not quite up to par with the previous classics, it was nevertheless well done. I'm gonna watch it again this week. A third wouldn't hurt either :D

I kept meeting up with Wk this few weeks. Wanted to go swimming but couldn't due to the horrible weather. Anyway, we found entertainment in the gym at my house. Should be meeting up with him on tues or wed. Hopefully, God would let the Sun shine for that day.

Past few weeks!

Let me just update my blog even though there's nothing really to talk about...

On Nov 28, I went to Sengkang swimming complex for the first time with Wk, Jerry and Bk. Fortunately, it wasn't raining. The slides there wasn't as fun as those at Jurong. It was obviously shorter as compared to those in Jurong. Nevertheless, we enjoyed ourselves and that day caused Wk his sunburn.

On Nov 29, I went to watch the last performance of Victor/Victoria at the Esplanade Theatre. It was well done, but neither as wonderful as the original film nor the the original Broadway production. Wasn't expecting that much as this is done by a local company. It exceed the qualities of other local productions and the director was a young lady whom had graduated from NUS! I hope that Singapore would continue to improve their artistic skills and show that world that we are talented.

On Dec 8, I went to Tampines Swimming Complex with Wk and Saiful. It was a last minute decision. We had actually planned to go cycling at Pasir Ris Park but due to failure of attendance of Idaffi, we changed our plans. I wanted to swim 30 laps, but got lazy after 20. Haha :D I hope to go swimming with you guys again, but once we are separated into different schools, I doubt we would have the chance to meet up frequently. Oh well... enjoy and appreciate the times we spend together now.

Currently, I'm updating the website for my parents' company... Not sure when I'll finish, post it up when it's done. Stay tuned.
